My Girlfriend motivated me the most, and I was tired of being fat!

How I lost weight

The usual diet and exercise. I stopped eating junk food and gave up sodas, and exercised. It took me quite some time to lose all that weight and I'm still working on losing another 20 pounds but eating healthy really helps! Don't Exhaust yourself or else you'll be depressed for a long time, take it slow. The most important thing is to believe in yourself. I know it sounds corny, but it's true.

Tips and Tricks

  • Forget about fried food stick with boiled, baked, or grilled
  • Exercise is very important. Exercise at least 4 times a week
  • Have a treat at least once a week (but make sure it's low fat)
  • Eat brown rice and brown bread and brown pasta instead of white.
  • Always have a light dinner (soup, salad, or boiled eggs)
  • Green tea is a good way to burn calories, pineapples too.
  • Avoid drinking soda, drink juice or water instead.
  • If you must have cheese make sure it's low fat. Milk too.
  • Chew gum with a strong flavor to avoid eating snacks. If you must have a snack eat fresh fruits or vegetables.
