How much weight I lost
I didn't really record my weight loss, however I did notice a significant loss of body fat
What motivated me to lose weight
My main motivation that made me want to lose was mainly health issues. However, I am currently 16 and I want to look good physically in front of friends so the main motivation for me was WWE Wrestlers and their bodies. I always wanted the perfect body, so therefore I started working out.
How I lost weight
My fitness routine is mainly based on exercise. I didn't really didn't like the idea of dieting, so I prepared a full exercise routine. I try to get some exercise into my day, whether it's running or doing weights.
I usually jog for about an hour, but I focus on different intensities. This means that I run up hills, down hills, flat grounds and climb steps every session. This is a great cardiovascular workout.
In the gym I focus on trying to workout all muscles in one session, and I believe that doing weights is also important, in order to tone up your body and build muscle.
Tips and Tricks
- Try to get as much protein as you can into your meals, e.g. meat, milk, yogurt etc. This protein is important for your body if you want to gain muscle more easily.
- Don't fast/go on diets if you exercise. Your body needs as much nutrients as it can get from your meals, but try to cut down on sweets and sugary items
- If you don't feel motivated to exercise, try going to youtube and watch a video of your favorite wrestler, fighter, bodybuilder workout. This technique usually motivates me when I feel too tired to workout.
