what I loved in 2008

I really loved going to zumba and yoga it was a great balance of aroebics and strength, balance and meditation. I plan on continuing in 2009 with the addition of more weight training added to it.

Strength Training v. Bodybuilding

Kettlebell training combined with body weight exercises is all one needs. Give me a 24kg kettlebell and a pull-up bar and I'm set for life. No videos, no spinning classes, step aerobics, just good old strength training.

favorite from 2008

I know it wasn't new in 2008, but I still love the collaborative effort of Nike and iPod, which resulted in a pedometer that tracks your runs, both on your iPod and Nike's website. All that information keeps me motivated to run!
