If I Could Put Motivation in a Bottle and Sell it...
In Day 3 of the program, Paige talks about motivation, and the quote she used from Zig Ziglar really struck a chord. I think it's finally sinking in that motivation is not something you acquire and then have with you at all times. It's something that can fade away and you have to reacquire each and every time. Some days it's easier than others and some days you've got give yourself a good kick and remind yourself about the big picture.
Today is another cardio workout! Endurance is the focus. I'm going to hop onto the ellipitcal -- and then I'm going to be brave and try the rowing machine. Ron, over in the Exercise forum, is always singing its praises, and I know the last time I had tried one, man, was my heart going -- but today's focus is endurance, so I'm going to work on keeping a nice, steady pace.
Yesterday's weight training workout went very well! But the yoga class was cancelled... Boo, hiss! I'm going to pop in the my yoga DVD this morning. I definitely made the right decision about joining the gym though!

Hi Sarrah!
I find exercise is a great way to release stress! I also like to take a long, hot bath, or lie down and listen to an “ocean surf” cd; something relaxing.
You can try the Exercise forum, the Weight Loss forum or the Walking forum (if you’re into walking). Lots of help in the forums!
