Yup, It's The Knee Again!

Ugh! I was doing so well, but lately my knee has been bothering me. (It's the tendons, actually, but I just generalize and say "the knee.") Is it all my walking? Have I not been stretching enough? I have really good shoes, with excellent support -- so I'm pretty sure it's not the shoes. Is it just still very "sensitive" from last year? Who knows, right? I haven't banged it or twisted it. Yup, I'm really frustrated! I suppose I could go see a doctor and get some anti-inflammatories, but I want to wait it out a bit and see what happens. I'm debating whether I should go see a specialist -- but it's just that I haven't really injured it. Watch out -- time for another ugh -- UGH!

But, on the bright side, I've been eating fairly well! I'm going to head out to the gym this afternoon and do an upper body workout -- if that doesn't bother my knee. See, if I start carrying too much weight, it'll bother my knee. I'm going to have to play it by ear, I guess!
