Suzanne has been interested in fitness and nutrition for over 16 years. She's been a flabby 120 pounds, a lean, mean fighting machine at 135 pounds, all the way up to a high of 165 pounds and every number in between.

Even knowing how important exercise is, as a busy entrepreneur (she is the owner of several businesses, including the FitWatch website), real life always seems to get in the way and the excuses for not exercising consistently are countless. Turning 40 last year wasn't even enough to get her moving. So, Suzanne wants to lose fat, gain muscle and fight back whole-heartedly against the dreaded middle-age spread and silence those creaky knees.

And yes, she has also been the not-so-proud owner of an unworn pair of "if I lose 5 pounds I can fit into these" jeans for the past year.
