So Far, So Good!
I've already achieved my yoga goal of two times a week. Amazingly enough, it was pretty easy to do!
I still have two walks left to do to reach my walking goal, and I have to admit I was grumbling a lot during my first walk. Don't know why! And I totally forgot about my reward for doing it, too! Maybe I should have just focused on that while I was walking. One positive aspect is that I was almost going to brush off my walk because of work, but I sat down and scheduled in a time to do it -- and I did it, period. No excuses -- just a lot of grumbling! LOL!
But overall, I do find my attitude shifting. There was more of "I want to do this" and "I need to think of myself" instead of "I have to do this" and "I need to focus on work only." There's hope for me yet!
