Thinking About Joining a Gym!
I've been getting some great advice over in the Exercise forum that's been really useful.
I just have this itch to kick it up a notch! I'm aiming for New Year's because December is just too busy for me -- and, hopefully, the gym will be having some specials, like waiving registration fees! I want to follow Paige's 12 Weeks to Weight Loss program. It's a great program, and I think the 12 weeks will give me enough time to create some good workout habits. And 12 weeks into the new year brings us to the end of March, beginning of April -- that is, springtime! -- so maybe this will help me keep the winter blahs away!
