Body Fat Percentage

In previous blog entries, I talked about my body fat percentage, which was somewhere around 30% when calculated via an online calculator. When I go to the gym today, I'll see if they can test it using body fat calipers. I wanted to ask at my initial consultation, but I totally forgot! Will exercise help with brainpower?? I sure hope so! LOL!

So, body fat percentage is another thing I want to track. The calculators aren't completely accurate, but I'm looking for a downward trend, so the exact percentage isn't important to me.

Today is Day 2 of the program -- only 82 days to go! (big grin) I'll be heading to the gym for a weight training workout, and then I'll be going to yoga class they have. I'm looking forward to working out!

Oh-oh, the program says that cardio should be "Active Rest", and I know in my heart of hearts I should be setting a reminder to go off every hour to move around... But I can already hear the excuses! "But, Paa-iigge, I have A LOT of work to do!!" Okay, no excuses today! I'm going to hit the "Publish" button and set up the reminders! (No, really, I will! I promise!)
