My Gym Bag is Packed...

... and I'm ready to go! (No, I'm not leaving on a jet plane, if anybody catches my lame song reference!) I'm finally back to normal -- "normal" being a relative term, of course!

I'm going to join my regularly scheduled training schedule in progress. I missed all of Week 10, so I'm just going to jump in to Week 11 -- man, has it really been that long???

Day 71 is focusing on interval training. Oh, my! I think I'll ease my way into that one! LOL!

Today's motivation is about reflecting "on your quality of life today and see if it's better since beginning this program." Definitely! Although in some ways I could be doing better, I am definitely stronger, I've created some good habits (I do need to keep reinforcing them though!), and my outlook has changed regarding exercise. This past week-end, I was doing a lot of "active cardio" -- because I wanted to. Exercising has this great snowball effect -- you feel better and have more energy, so you do more in other parts of your life, which makes you feel more productive, and so on, etc.

I'm looking forward to working out later this afternoon! Hope everyone had a great week-end!
