One Workout Away...
If only I had done that many, many years ago. I was in fantastic shape, I was weight training 3 times a week, eating very well and blew it all when I went on vacation. I don't know why, but I just stopped working out. I haven't yet achieved that same level of fitness. Yet here I am, still trying! I'm not going to give up! :-)
Today is Day 73 and it's one of my favorites: focus on cardio endurance. I'm also going to throw in a weight training workout beforehand, because I didn't get to it yesterday. (Shhhhhhh, don't tell Paige!)
