The Other Side of Weighing

Monday August 18, 2003
One of our forum members tackles the scale issue--should you weigh yourself regularly or get rid of the scale?: "A lot of people say to get rid of the scale, it doesn't accurately reflect what's going on...for some people a) it's a good motivating tool and b)...it does give you a number that you can work with." What do you think? Does scale-watching make you crazy or can weighing yourself be good for motivation? Join the discussion and tell us what you think.
