In the Forum - Confused About Weight Loss

One forum member asks the question: "I read somepleace that to lose weight you have to burn more calories than you're taking in. Is this a joke? How in the world am I going to burn more than 1350 cals a day?" Maybe she should try running a marathon. Kidding! Seriously...where has this forum member gone wrong in her thinking?
