Muscle Soreness

So far, Suzanne is doing a fabulous job sticking with the 12 Week Program...see for yourself in her latest post. Having made it through a few workouts, Suzanne is experiencing something that all of us feel any time we try a new activity--soreness.

While soreness is fairly common when you're just starting out, you shouldn't be sore after every workout...if you are, take some extra rest days to allow your body to heal or do a shorter, lighter version of that exercises that made you sore. Or get a massage! Learn more about preventing soreness.
