Indoor Workouts

After the odd cold-snap many of us in the mid and northwest experienced this week, it hit me that it's time to start transitioning from outdoor workouts to indoors. That transition can be a tough one, especially if you're not a big fan of cold weather (like me). The key is to try to make your indoor workouts as interesting and fun as possible. One way to do that is to have lots of options for what you can do.

If you're a member of a gym, you have lots of choices but, if you exercise at home, you may need some ideas for activities you can do. I've gathered some resources from some of our best Fitness Guides to help with those indoor workouts. Stay warm!
