Losing Inches But Not Losing Weight? One day, my husband was getting some cash out of my wallet and paused to take a look at my driver's license. His hysterical laughter wasn't over the awful picture, but the weight I had listed, which was, perhaps, a few pounds off from my real weight. Of course, he lied just as badly on his driver's license. It's a good thing lying about your weight isn't against the law, or I wouldn't be the only person in jail. Many of us feel compelled to lie about our weight, but how many of us stop and think about what that number really means? How important is your weight when it comes to slimming down? It may surprise you to know that your scale may not be telling you the whole story. Learn a better way to get weight loss results and track your progress in my latest article which discusses losing inches when you're not losing weight.
