Need some new workout or exercise ideas? Maybe you'll find some in the workouts I'm highlighting this week, which include two new workouts I've posted in my Workout Center, along with some of my most popular workouts.
- Functional Core Workout - This is a workout I'm highlighting in my upcoming 4 Week Ramp It Up Program (a sequel to my 4 Week Jumpstart Program) with just 5 exercises. It's short, but it hits all the major core muscles.
- Total Body Dumbbell Workout - This is another one going into my Ramp It Up Program, a simple workout with 9 exercises targeting the entire body. Great for beginners or if you just want to hit everything in a short, simple workout.
- Core Exercises on the Ball - This is one of my most popular workouts, offering a variety of ball exercises from easy to more advanced.
- 10-Minute Cardio Blast - Last is my most popular cardio workout, a low-impact 10-minute cardio workout that requires no equipment. It's low impact, but that doesn't mean it's low intensity.
