Guide Review - Weightmania Pro 1.8.5 Fitness Software

After a few tweaks, Weightmania, a software program for tracking exercise and diet, has released a new updated version (1.8.5) which includes all the great features of the previous version along with some great additions. On the home page you'll find a calendar, a summary of workouts and a tabbed menu to enter workouts, meals, measurements, medical, general and photos. For cardio, you can use the new input wizard to choose a previous workout or choose an activity and enter time, distance, speed and a number of other details. For strength training, you enter exercises with weights, reps, sets, etc. as well as rate the difficulty of the workout. You can also use the input wizard here to enter the exercise, weight, reps and sets all at one time rather than individually, which makes recording workouts much easier than before. The meal tracking section has also been updated with an input wizard and the database has been expanded so you'll find more foods and more portion choices. What I've always liked about Weightmania is that you're not limited by the software. You can add exercises and foods, record mutliple workouts a day and keep track of as much detail (or as little) as you like. The updated version has all the great features of previous versions such as charts, graphs and statistics to track every part of your diet and exercise as well as calculators for BMI, calories, body fat and BMR. Over all, the updated version offers an even better user experience.
