Guide Review - The Goddess Bellydancing Workout

This DVD is an improvement over Delphina's Introduction video. The workout is broken down the same way with a warm up and short (4-6 minute) sections for the arms, upper body, hips and a routine that includes all the moves you've done. The undulations were my favorite, involving figure 8's with the hips that were graceful and flowed well. The camera work is better this time (focused on her whole body) and I found the moves easier to do. However, she still only does each move once and I wanted more time and instruction. The routine is the best part, though the cueing is a bit behind. I'd like to to see a choreographed routine rather than sections that are so short, they seem like an afterthought. Overall, a good video I'd recommend.
