Calories Burned Calculator

If your goal is to lose weight, you need to know how many calories you burn with exercise and daily activities. Most of us need to burn about 1200-2000 calories, or exercise about 150-300 minutes a week to lose weight. The more activities you engage in, the more calories you'll burn and the closer you'll get to your goal. All activity counts, although some count more than others. In fact, there are workouts that offer more weight loss benefits than others. This calculator can give you an estimate of how many calories you burn during different exercises and daily activities. These are only estimates and there are many factors that contribute to weight loss that some calculators can't account for such as fitness level, body fat percentage, age and gender.
