Today, I'd like you to have a mango. Now, I realize that some of you may not have access to a mango--but, if you do, go get one and eat it. Not only does it taste good, but it's got Vitamins A and C, as well as Potassium, beta carotene and fiber.
Motivation
Did you know that exercise can help you quit smoking without gaining weight? Not only does it give you a way to work off any stress you might be feeling, it also helps you control your calories a little better. If you smoke and are planning to quit, consider making exercise part of your plan.
