Cardio Focus: Active Rest

If the weather is nice today, get outside and take a walk--either by yourself or with the dog. Enjoy yourself and don't worry about how fast or how far you're going.

Strength & Flexibility Focus: Full Body Strength

Beginners: Continue with the Full Body Workout & Ab workout. with the extra set you added on day 37. Make sure to rest 30-60 seconds between sets.

Intermediate/Advanced: Continue with your Total Body Superset Workout & Dynamic Abs or visit my Workout Center for more ideas.

Nutrition Focus: Top 10 Reasons to Quit Dieting Forever

You probably know that I'm not a huge fan of diets. That doesn't mean I think they're all bad--sometimes you can learn valuable information from diets and the recipes can be tasty. However, strict diets are hard to follow. I want you to have a lifetime of healthy eating, which usually means making small changes in your diet. Today, take some time to learn why following a diet may not be your best bet.

How you talk to yourself inside your head has a huge impact on whether you exercise or not. Take some time today to look at your own thoughts and see if they're hurting or helping you.
