Nutrition Focus: The Zone Diet
Wow. There are a lot of diets out there...no wonder we're all confused. Today, you're going to learn about The Zone Diet. If you're not familiar with it, it's a diet that follows the ratio of 40% carbs, 30% protein and 30% fat. Because you're getting more carbs than with the Atkins Diet, this diet may be a bit easier to follow. Check out the links above to learn more about The Zone and find out if it's right for you.

Today, you'll motivate yourself to eat healthy by focusing on your goals. Is your goal to lose weight? If so, what you eat today can make it either easier or harder to reach that goal. Think about that as you choose what to eat today. Every choice you make counts, so try to make the right one!
