Overall, this is a great DVD. It includes yoga, Pilates and sculpting moves divided into short segments done alone or together. The yoga section (20 min) includes interesting moves I hadn't done before. The Pilates portion is the most challenging and will leave your abs a quivering mess. The sculpting section targets lower body, upper body and abs. The lower body workout (10 min.) includes leg lifts and donkey kicks-a great butt workout. For upper body you'll do killer pushups but the rest of it (for chest and triceps) isn't very intense (5 min). The ab workout (10 min) includes traditional and unique moves to target every abdominal muscle and the music is great. You'll need green genie balls but dumbbells or hand weights work as well.
