Quiz: Is Exercise a Priority In Your Life?

You may say you want to lose weight or get fit, but does your lifestyle reflect that?  Do you make time for exercise every day or do you find yourself missing most of your workouts?  If you have trouble exercise is truly a priority for you,

How many times each week do you exercise?
Never
0-2 times a week
1-3 times a week
More than 4 times a week

When do you usually schedule your workouts?
I don't schedule workouts
I try to find some time during the day and just wing it
After work or during my lunch hour
In the mornings before the day gets busy

What's the main reason you miss workouts?
I don't have the time
I get busy or tired from other daily tasks
I find them boring because I'm not sure what I'm doing
If I don't feel well or have an injury

How important is exercise to you in terms of health and quality of life?
Not important at all
I know it should be important to me, but I still have trouble making it a priority
It's important to me, yet I'm not consistent
It's very important to me and it shows in how I spend my time and how I feel

My main reason for exercising is:
To get my body ready for a wedding/reunion/some other pending function
To fit into a clothing size I used to wear
To lose weight and look good
Feel good physically and mentally while managing my weight

If I miss a workout, I usually:
Kick myself and/or quit altogether
Decide it isn't the right time to try exercising and plan to do it later
Feel very guilty and vow to double my efforts to make up for it
Feel like I've missed something important and figure out how to avoid that mistake in the future

When it comes to my workouts:
They're the first things to go when my life gets crazy
I'm only consistent with them when my life is calm and predictable
They sometimes fall by the wayside when other things come up
Nothing gets in the way of them except for emergencies, injuries or planned rest days
