Overtraining

Definition: Exercising to the extreme in intensity, frequency and/or duration. Overtraining can cause a variety of symptoms such as fatigue, elevated resting heart rate and lowered performance. There's no specific definition of what too much exercise is - all of us have a different tolerance for how much exercise we can handle. The key is to back off if you notice any symptoms of overtraining.
