Guide Review - FitBALL Pressure Points Package

Though acupressure is still being studied to learn its benefits, science has found that acupressure can help with nausea and that it may also help with low-back pain, headaches and stress relief. While more studies are needed, experts do believe that self-administered acupressure can be safe if you have proper instruction. That's where FitBALL's Pressure Point package comes in. The package includes: two 2" Pressure Points balls, a 30-minute easy-to-follow DVD and a full color reference poster with 20 major acupressure points. The step-by-step instructions take you through each pressure point, showing you where to position the Pressure Point balls as well as what muscles you're targeting to help release stress, tension and tightness. Even better, you can use them while sitting or lying down, so you can use them at work to ease tightness in the shoulders and neck. This is a great gift idea and, at $29.95, a good price for a sense of relaxation and well-being.
