If you're looking for a more structured approach and a bit more guidance to exercise, check out some of the free exercise programs available to help you lose weight, change your lifestyle and become more active. These e-courses come in the form of newsletters sent to your email account on a daily or weekly basis and are a great way to get into a program with a bit more instruction:
  • 30-Day Fitness Challenge. This course focuses on becoming more active on a daily basis by offering a series of challenges for being active, exercising, connecting the mind and body and creating healthier eating habits.
  • 12 Weeks to Weight Loss. This is an in-depth program offering weekly newsletters for 12 weeks. You'll receive strength, cardio and flexibility workouts as well as nutrition assignments and motivational tips.
  • 6 Weeks to a Healthy Lifestyle. This program centers on creating a healthy lifestyle. That means improving quality of life, feeling better and losing weight with weekly assignments and suggestions.
  • Bust Belly Fat. Most of us know that belly fat is bad for the health, so it's important to try to keep our weight and body fat at a healthy level in order to avoid heart disease and other potentially fatal illnesses. You can do some specific things to lose fat around the middle, if that's where you tend to store it. This short belly fat e-course shows you how.
