Body Acceptance Quiz Results - Mostly accepting of your body

After taking the Body Acceptance Quiz, your results indicate you are mostly accepting of your body. But you still may need a little work to fully embrace your body and your healthy habits. You've made healthy changes in your life and are committed to a healthy lifestyle. You still need to work on your confidence and celebrating your success. You may also need to work on continuing to challenge yourself with new and different exercises and activities. Some problems you may encounter:
  • Weight loss plateaus: You may tend to do the same workouts over and over, which could lead to plateaus in weight loss.
  • Getting off track with your workouts: While you're committed to exercise, you may easily get thrown off by holidays, vacations or other interruptions.
  • Getting stuck in a rut: You may be wary of changing your routine because you don't want to do the wrong thing. That may leave you feeling bored and burnt out.
  • Downplaying your success: Learning to celebrate your achievements will make exercise more meaningful for you.
