The Weight Loss or Exercise Fad I Tried

The lemon juice and cayenne pepper diet and detoxification experience. Using purifed water, organic lemon juice and organic cayenne pepper, you substitute this juice as your meals. You can drink as much as you want but you can not eat any solid foods for the 10 days. Drink the juice for 10 day and the results should leave you 10 pounds lighter and with a cleaner and more productive digestive system. I could only do this for 9 days.

What Happened After I Tried It

On the 9th day the plan was to gradually eat solid food. I was suppose to start with a soup broth. The heck with that, I was starving so I high tailed it my favorite Chinese restaurant and ordered a LARGE JUMBO SHRIMP LO MEIN. While driving home I was shoving this food into my mouth. Even when I dropped my fork in the car, believe it or not, I started using my hands. Finally....I thought to myself, um I'm satisfied. I got home that night and slept like a baby not dreaming about food. The next day as I prepared for work I noticed I had soiled my coat with food so I wiped it off. The real shocker came when I got into my car, there was noodles and shrimps everywhere. I will never never do the lemon juice and cayenne pepper diet again and that's a promise.

What I'd Do Differently

  • Fast weight loss diet are usually unhealthy for you.
  • Usually you gain that weight back and more when you resume eating
  • It's important to make sure you get the nutrients needed for the body to function properly
  • The body needs fuel, that's what keeps us going.
  • Eat healthy and regular exercise is a healthy way to lose weight. It takes longer but in the long run and if you stick to the plan you'll be happy with the results.
