Be Healthy

I just had my 68,000 mile check up. No medications needed because everything is up and running. Vitals and not so vitals results are where they should be. I do cardio and free weights 5-6 days a week. I eat healthy. Get a good nights sleep. Wake up everymorning looking forward to getting to the gym at 5am. I get my reward when people say "I can't believe you are 68. I thought you were mid 50's".

Motivation

First, it's I don't want to get out of bed, but I find a reason to do it. Then it's exercise and I realized I had more excuses not to do than to do it. Then I put one of the most important things in life first - my health, and the benefits of my exercise outshine that TV show, or sedentary lifestyle. You really have to convince yourself that this exercise is the most important thing to do.

Stress Relief

It's not always easy to exercise every day, but the major one that always gets me out of bed is stress relief and energy. I know that, as hard as it is to get started, I'll feel so much better after I workout. I'll have more energy and less stress for the rest of the day and all free of charge. Can't beat that!
